These Terms govern your use of Hubstone, a private household organizer. By creating an account or using Hubstone, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Hubstone helps you and your household organize your home, finances, calendar, and reminders. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use Hubstone only for lawful, personal and household purposes.

Text message (SMS) terms

Hubstone offers an optional reminder program. By opting in within the app, you consent to receive recurring SMS reminders (for example, upcoming birthdays, bill due dates, appointments, and family calendar events) at the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies based on the reminders you set up.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and mobile device.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hubstone to store or send unlawful content, to message people who have not opted in, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Hubstone is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. Reminders are a convenience and should not be relied on as the sole means of meeting deadlines or obligations. To the extent permitted by law, Hubstone is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hubstone after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
